Part Information

  • CAD file preferred (STEP, STL, IGES, or similar)

  • Part drawings with dimensions and tolerances (if available)

  • Quantity needed (prototype, short run, or production)

Material Requirements

  • Material type (aluminum, steel, stainless, etc.)

  • Specific grade or alloy, if required

  • Any material certifications needed (Certificate of Conformance (CofC), Material Traceability (MTR), DFARS Compliant Material, etc.)

Machining Details

  • Tolerances or critical features
